Haesung DS Co., Ltd. (CEO Cho Byung-hak) was selected as the grand prize in the '2021 National Industrial Awards' technological innovation category. 

Haesung DS has been manufacturing lead frames, a key structural material for semiconductor components, since 1984. Haesung DS has been leading the lead frame field with technology since early on high reliability for automobiles amid the growing proportion of semiconductor lead frames for automobiles.

Its original technology has been certified by global automotive semiconductor customers such as Infineon and NXP through palladium-based nano-plating method (u-PPF) and surface treatment to realize quality.
