The company also receive the Minister’s Award as the top-performing organization in health friendly management.

The Health-Friendly Company Certification Program is a national initiative under the national Health Promotion Act that recognizes companies excelling in the implementation of heath-friendly systems. Certification is based on detailed evaluations in categories such as health-friendly management, organizational culture, activities, and employee satisfaction. Companies undergo a rigorous process of document review and on-site inspection to determine eligibility.

Among certified companies, the Ministry of Health and Welfare also selects the most exemplary organization to receive the Minister’s Award.
