as a Health Friendly Company under the ministry of Health and Welfare on
December 11st. The company also receive the Minister’s Award as the top-performing
organization in health friendly management.
The Health-Friendly
Company Certification Program is a national initiative under the national
Health Promotion Act that recognizes companies excelling in the implementation
of heath-friendly systems. Certification is based on detailed evaluations in
categories such as health-friendly management, organizational culture, activities,
and employee satisfaction. Companies undergo a rigorous process of document review
and on-site inspection to determine eligibility.
Among certified companies,
the Ministry of Health and Welfare also selects the most exemplary organization
to receive the Minister’s Award.
Haesung DS was highly
rated for fostering a healthy working environment through robust health
promotion programs supported by strong management commitment. The company’s
initiatives include alcohol reduction programs, low-sodium meal plans, and
